1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Monarch Agency Solutions collects, uses, discloses, and protects information through the Data Dialer website and service. It does not govern the privacy practices of customers who use Data Dialer to contact people; each customer is responsible for its own privacy notices and lawful data practices.
2. Information we collect
Website information
The public website may receive basic request information needed to deliver pages, such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested URL, and timestamps through the hosting and content-delivery providers.
Account and business information
When a customer signs up, requests specialized agency pricing, or contacts support, we may collect names, agency or company names, business contact details, the number of requested accounts, account credentials, company and tax-registration details, service addresses, calling-use information, and support communications.
The specialized-pricing form in this website preview opens the visitor’s email application with the completed inquiry addressed to our support email. The visitor must send that email to complete the request; the public website does not independently store or transmit the form.
Service and calling information
Depending on enabled features, the service may process lead and contact data uploaded by customers; phone numbers; call status, duration, disposition, and routing data; recordings; notes; suppression-list records; and technical logs.
Payment information
Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not receive or store full card numbers on this website. We may receive transaction identifiers, billing status, purchased products, and limited billing details needed to administer the account.
3. How we use information
- Provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service.
- Set up accounts, phone numbers, calling capability, and billing.
- Process transactions and respond to support requests.
- Detect misuse, enforce policies, and meet legal or carrier obligations.
- Communicate about account, service, security, and policy changes.
4. How we share information
We may share information with service providers that help operate Data Dialer, including Stripe for payments, a telephony provider for calls and phone numbers, database and authentication providers, and hosting or content-delivery providers. These providers process information for the services they supply to us.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect people or the service, in connection with a corporate transaction, or at your direction. We do not sell personal information for money.
5. Cookies and analytics
The public website does not install analytics, advertising trackers, or chat widgets in this version. Essential storage may be used by the signed-in application to maintain authentication and service preferences. If non-essential analytics are added later, the website must be updated with any legally required notice and consent controls before those tools are enabled.
6. Retention
Service and call data may be retained indefinitely while the account remains active, unless the customer deletes it or applicable law requires a different period. Customers may download call recordings for their own records. Downloading a recording does not delete the hosted copy; the customer must separately delete it. After a customer deletes a recording or other data, Data Dialer is not responsible for preserving another copy. Deleting stored recordings may reduce storage-related charges where applicable.
We may retain information longer when needed for security, disputes, legal obligations, payment records, suppression-list protection, or enforcement. Customers should not use Data Dialer as their only copy of information they must preserve.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Customers are responsible for protecting their credentials, devices, and authorized users.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or information about certain disclosures. Rights may be limited by applicable law and by information we must keep for security, legal, billing, or suppression-list purposes.
To make a request, contact monarchdev@data-dialer.com. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing it.

Privacy questions may be sent to monarchdev@data-dialer.com, by phone at (561) 709-3617, or by mail to Monarch Agency Solutions, 11987 Southern Blvd #2113, Royal Palm Beach, Florida.
