Enable live calling — once checked, pressing Dial places a real call through Twilio to the number shown. Compliance checks in this UI are simulated and enforce nothing once this is on; that has to live in your backend's /voice handler.

Record solo calls — on by default. Untick to place the next single call without recording it. Power dial is always recorded regardless of this setting.

Keeps up to 5 eligible leads ringing and replaces each ended call immediately. When a human answers, the other calls move to the back of the queue and Resume continues after wrap-up.
